-Returns All the doll orders are CUSTOM ORDERS which mean not returnable. -Exchanges If you find any defects, please apply for Customer Service at right corner in homepage within 7 days from recieved date. If the product is considered a defective, we will guide you through the return process to replace it with the same item.
